WoW Forever beta profession recipes: camping and shared crafting materials

Explore selected recipes from WoW Forever beta build 1.60.1.69913, including camping entries and armor kits that suggest useful guild crafting coordination.

What the newer profession dataset actually contains

We counted 969 records across 13 profession categories in Daybreak’s public export, generated 18 September at 15:39 UTC for build 1.60.1.69913. The count includes a Comprehension category and is not proof of 969 new recipes obtainable by players. Source methodology.

A recipe record can identify a proposed craft without establishing where its pattern drops, whether it is currently learnable or whether the result behaves as described. This article highlights a small sample for planning; it is not an exhaustive recipe database or a tested levelling route.

Camping examples worth checking with your crafters

The export associates Camp Tent, Sharpening Wheel, Reagent Bot and Mana Well with skill 20. These are profession skill values, not a promise about character level or trainer availability. Their presence gives testers concrete names to look for.

Ask a volunteer to check the trainer or recipe source they can actually access and record what the client displays. Do not send the entire guild to farm materials before somebody confirms the relevant recipe can be learned. If an entry is absent, keep it marked unverified instead of inventing a vendor location.

Armor kits suggest cooperation between professions

Two Leatherworking records illustrate the opportunity: Forceful Medium Armor Kit lists one Medium Armor Kit, two Strange Dust and two Elixirs of Minor Strength. Mystic Medium Armor Kit instead lists one Medium Armor Kit, two Strange Dust and two Minor Mana Potions. These are extracted reagent lists, not crafts we have tested.

For an organiser, the interesting part is the handoff between a kit maker and people supplying other materials. Confirm which member can make or obtain each component, who has the final recipe and who actually wants the result. A familiar item name does not prove an unchanged acquisition route in Forever.

Build a small crafting worksheet before collecting supplies

For each candidate craft, use one row with these fields:

  • Recipe and item name, with the source build and check date.
  • Who can learn it, and evidence of the actual recipe source.
  • Materials shown in the client and the intended number of crafts.
  • Who is supplying each component and who receives the finished item.
  • Status: datamined only, learned, crafted, or effect checked.

Scale a verified recipe, not the whole datamine

Suppose two members ask for the same upgrade. First verify one craft and its final material list, then multiply that checked list by two. Reserve supplies only after both recipients confirm that the item is appropriate. This avoids producing a stockpile for a tooltip that changed or for an upgrade nobody plans to equip.

Recipe skill fields and teaching-item requirements can describe different things. When they disagree, preserve both values in the research note and use the client to establish what is required for the actual craft. Avoid presenting either field alone as a tested minimum.

Connect the findings to your guild plan

Keep broader system coverage in our profession changes guide, and use the guild profession planner overview to organise intentions and responsibilities. The example above is a suggested coordination workflow, not an automatic import of the datamining database.

The best next evidence is a learnable recipe, a visible materials list and an observed craft with a build number. Once those are available, a focused profession guide can answer much more useful questions than a large unverified recipe count.
