Guides & tools /USAGE & FEEDBACK DATA

Understand what is counted and stored.

This page explains the usage measurement and feedback features introduced on 14 September 2026.

Anonymous aggregate usage counts

Public pages send a small first-party request to RaidMuster when a page is viewed, a tool is first used, a tool is downloaded, a checklist is completed, or someone opens the app or feedback page. The request contains an event name, an approved page path and a broad referral category such as Google, community, direct or internal.

The measurement table stores daily totals. It does not store names, email addresses, entered roster data, full referring URLs, search terms, visitor IDs or account/session identifiers. Measurement requests do not send authentication cookies. No analytics cookie, browser fingerprint or analytics storage identifier is created. Counts may include repeat visits and are not a count of unique people.

The public measurement script respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Ad blockers and browser settings can also prevent counts from being received. Aggregate records older than 180 days are removed when new measurement requests are processed.

Signup and workspace totals

The private dashboard counts actual account and workspace records created during its selected date range. It also shows how many of those accounts are currently verified. Those totals are separate from anonymous public usage and are not linked to an individual visitor’s browsing history or used to calculate an attributed conversion rate.

Feedback you choose to send

The feedback form stores your message, category, relevant page, submission time and an optional reply email in RaidMuster’s database. Only the verified site administrator can view the inbox. Messages are not published. Providing an email is optional; submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or send an automated email.

Feedback is retained for review until removed by the administrator. To ask about your feedback or request removal, contact hello@raidmuster.com. Do not include passwords, pairing codes or private game-data files in a message.

Abuse prevention and hosting

Public endpoints use a short-lived keyed digest derived from the request’s network address to rate-limit submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the measurement or feedback tables. These rate-limit entries expire within an hour and are removed on subsequent submissions. The hosting platform may separately process request information to operate and protect the service.

Your planning tools and account

The free checklist and roster planner save their contents in local storage on your device. That planning data is not sent with usage measurements. Downloads contain the information you entered, so share them only with the people you intend.

Signing in uses authentication cookies and the existing account/workspace systems. This page’s description of anonymous measurement does not mean account information or connected character data is anonymous. Read the sync and compatibility guide before connecting a game-data source.
